I had to redownload the game in my daughter's ipad and when we logged in she had lost her progress and wildclub membership even after our efforts to download the cloud to the device it doesn't give is access to wild club. I sent a message to turbo games but they haven't answered. Anyone know how I can solve the issue?
I am trying to solve this issue too, but mine is a little different then yours. I am trying to get my account from my tablet to my phone, however it didn't give me my levels. If you had an account on Wildcraft and couldn't get access to it you can try to create a new one.
You most likely just didn’t upload it to the cloud before deleting it. My suggestion would to wait for TurboRocketGames to respond and dispute it with them.
