My daughter created a WildCraft account without my consent. She used a fake email so now she cannot download her data because she cannot provide a key. What can we do? Please help she is devastated.

You may be better off contacting the game developers t ask if they can change the email address for you or give you another option to recover the data.

How long does it take for them to reply to an email? Also how can you contact them on fb as it’s not letting me

It can takes years. It happened to my sister,she send an email but we send it on 2015 and its 2021(they don’t answered so we’re still waiting)it can take some Years,sorry for your daughter
