How do you fix the problem "Wrong Data Format provided" when trying to upload/download your Data?

How do you fix the problem "Wrong Data Format provided" when trying to upload/download your Data? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Game MULTIPLE times then I use my Master Key to download the Data. It will only let me upload once after I uninstall and reinstall the Game, then it goes back to saying "Wrong Data Format provided." I have contacted the Support Team and they did absolutely NOTHING. I made another Account and it is doing it on that Account too! Is there any other way to fix it?
