Why does every time i try to go onto the multiplayer mode, it says connection timed out and shuts me..

Why does every time i try to go onto the multiplayer mode, it says connection timed out and shuts me out?! I have tried reseting my phone, shuting the app out, and reconecting the wifi.. nothing works!!!

The same thing happened to me.
Try changing your wifi instead of reconnecting it
