I can’t download data off my wildcraft account because it says to use a temporary key and I forgot..

Umm, if I try to re-install wildcraft after un-installiing it might not install, you see it's because of the internet, sometime's I can't update or install game's, also I'm really scared that if I uninstall wildcraft when I reinstall it my progress might be gone, an I do not want to lose my progress, because my wolf is almost level 200 my wolf is level 189, I'd be really upset if I had to start all over again and beside's, if I do have to start all over again after reinstalling wildcraft, what if I lose all my friend's?????

I don't know, but it doesn't work for me. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it won't work at all it won't even let me use my master key it says I can only download my data once every 12 hours and it's been saying that for a few days.I don't wanna start all over again.
