I deleted the game and got it on a new device. Now when I try to get on my old characters, I click..

I deleted the game and got it on a new device. Now when I try to get on my old characters, I click download to transfer from the cloud to the device. When it says successful, the names don't show up on the device list and when I go to play, I can't. I tried using keys but it says it's not set up for a master key and the temporary key wont work. What do I do?

This isn't an answer but this happens to me... sadly I think you have to delete it... you may have lots of progress and friends but it's all you can do... maybe ask turbo rocket games
