How do you kill the rhino demolisher? It has so much health.

You have to have full family and level up to at least lvl 100+ and upgrade all of your members and yourself

Play on multiplayer more often

If you wanna kill it in singleplayer it has more health and I highly recommend multiplayer. However if you do wanna kill it on singleplayer it's easier to be lvl 100+. Your family also have to be high levels. Hope this helped!
