How do I make members co-leaders?

In a clan when changing some ones rank you go to the right and hit privileges, then change it to what you want. However, if you're a member you're just in the clan. A Elder can invite people. A Co-Leader can invite people and change a member to elder and elder to member; but only a leader can make you a co-leader. A co-leader can't make a co-leader.

I hope this helps! 😃.
