Of course! The game is not complete until:
1.) All 6 lots are expanded and maxed out
2.) All 5 sidelines are maxed out
3.) Both of the 2 advertising perks are maxed out
4.) Both acquisition perks are maxed out
5.) All 16 "Epic Upgrades" are maxed out
