I'm at Level 10300 but every time I play a brand new game, they won't give you anymore "extra chances..

I'm at Level 10300 but every time I play a brand new game, they won't give you anymore "extra chances" like extra plays when you watch Ads, like they did on lower levels, to continue playing. Why is this?
