Like a previous response said, you get the grand prize chest when you have unlocked all 30 levels in the Cube Party event (which I guess is sometimes called Rotor Party). If you go on the Cube party event, you should be able to scroll the levels and you'll see the grand prize at level 30. You have to do the required amount of tasks (eg: create/collect cubes) in the time given to be able to unlock the levels.

On hoop shot it’s one of the choices now, but I can’t figure out how to get it. It replaces the treasure chest occasionally. 1 0 REPORT

Like the previous guest said, the grand prize gets unlocked once you unlock all the 30 stages in Cube Party/Rotor Party. If you go to Cube/Rotor Party and scroll all the way to level 30, you will see the grand prize chest. You have to do the tasks needed in the time given to unlock all the levels.Search for more answers for Toy Blast or ask your own here.
