Why can’t I move a rope to a particle place? It just bounces back.

It took me over 300 levels to figure out why the ropes kept bouncing back. It’s so frustrating!!! Instead of dragging them from one spot to another, tap the rope you want to move, lifting it up, and then tap the empty spot you want to move it to, which places it in that space. No more bouncing ropes that won’t stay where you want them!!!!
