I bought an entire wardrobe and it only gave me 2 dresses from the entire set? Why?

You have to get the other colors of the dress by using the small color bottles that you can sometimes get from client missions. You can buy these by clicking on the bottle with a question mark in it in the bottom left corner of the dress.
