What are the heart locks for? I have 15 but I’m lost on what I can trade them in for? It seems you can buy with gems most of the stuff do I earn wedding cards?

Heart locks are for the bwitched collection. If you collect 40 of them you can choose a card from the collection.

I have hundreds of them. Is that collection all you use them for?
