What is automatic discharge when recruiting in the Tavern?

Heroes can be discharged when you recruit duplicates to turn them into the training points that you need to upgrade hero skills. You can select hero tier to automatically discharge as you recruit them instead of having to do them individually later.

It’s off by default. If you click to turn it on by mistake, just click it again.

On the screen where you can recruit in the tavern, there's a circle that says automatic discharge. Click that to turn it off or on.
