Is it possible to move an alliance building?

Is it possible to move an alliance building? When I click to demolish it, I get the message that it will take out all buildings in the area. Is that true? Is there no other way to move them after being placed?

You can move alaince fortress by perching fortress teleportation in alaince store and for other building you have to distroy them and then you can craft a new one where you want
