How do I pass the divination quest of refugees camp in stormshot? I have been in the camp for weeks now and nothing is happening

You need to march to them with a minimum of troops at the Celestial globe. After two minutes, they will return with the loot

I have only just figured this out, was having the same problem as you. Don't click on the little blue hand, click just under it on the town and it will initiate the rescue.

OH MY GOSH!!! THANK YOU!!!
I hate how many things aren't explained in this game!!
That's a huge help thank you...clicking BELOW the hand/arrow and suddenly it gives the "rescue" option wow haha.
