How can you locate an inactive player from your alliance? Sending resources or reinforcements isn't posiible. Seems like they're castle is gone, but the account is still there...
Under Alliance, open Alliance tab, this lists all the members of the Alliance, whether they are online or offline and for how long they have been offline. If it shows a member has been offline for many days (even weeks) it is likely that they are inactive. You can also scout the Estate and see how many troops are there, if none, it is likely that that estate has been attacked many times and the player is no longer active in restoring things.
