If you are R4 then yes you can, it will cost you Gold though.
If there is no R4 to do this then you can try contacting the game support in the game settings menu (Game Help) and ask them to assist you.

This is possible for 1000 gold in the last menu. Guest Answered:
This is possible for 1000 gold after 7 days or more inactivity.
