How do I kick inactive players off my team?

Well, you have to be R5 or R4. Then, in your Alliance member list, click on the player you want to remove, and then the 'Kick Out' option.

You should probably send them a message beforehand, just in case they start playing the game again. So they know why they aren't in your Alliance any more.
