In level 6191 there are not enough possible cards to win the level. I have tried too many times and I'm a out to quit game. Period. Or can you help?

It is very upsetting when I start a new level and at least the first 8 cards are unplayable and then there are more unuseable cards in the deck. It is impossible to win even with wild cards which would use up my coins.
I am on my 4th try on level 198 and I am about ready to quit this game for good!
