Been playing this game for months. No support. No instructions on anything. Although all you do is shoot and kill. Joined a league to get more points and more importantly, change my flag to my country. Default is U.S. but my country is Canada. My profile in play games indicates that but can't see anywhere to change it. And btw. Doubt I Will get a answer here also but surprise me.

I hope you got your answer already.
if you still don't know then please change your language of device to English (Canada) in device setting. It will reflect in Sniper 3D and your flag will change to Canada.
