Max Tier one means acquire all Tier one weapons.

Lol I’ve been digging around trying to find a count on things... not sure anyone ever made a thing for it. Lol Might have just been taken off the App Store too. Are you wanting to know how many levels there are per each side challenge or what’s the last level warehouse appears on? It’s been years since you asked, but I’m currently playing the game through. I’ll let you know what city the warehouse appears last on.

Been playing this game for months. No support. No instructions on anything. Although all you do is shoot and kill. Joined a league to get more points and more importantly, change my flag to my country. Default is U.S. but my country is Canada. My profile in play games indicates that but can't see anywhere to change it. And btw. Doubt I Will get a answer here also but surprise me.

Hi, I hope you got your answer already. if you still don't know then please change your language of device to English (Canada) in device setting. I can't play special operation in this game. How I can get max tier?

After buying all the upgrades with coins, you have to play pvp for get battle tokens to upgrade that weapon further.
