Look for the one with the crown on its head.

At 563, there is only 1 color out of 5 with a crown. Not helpful. 0 0 REPORT

Actually its the queen you have to hit first but has to be the same color balloon. Takes two same color balloons before they fall out

You have to get rid one the biggest one first by popping it, then the others will fall out.
