Is it at all possible to earn 3 stars on levels 16 and 20?

Yes, not a problem. First level that seems impossible to gain 3 stars is level 99. (This is without using bonuses) I’m on level 3720 and have 3 stars on almost all levels. Just takes patience. The game ain’t that hard, but I will admit some levels seem to defy 3 stars.
