What to do if you can't access your account

Sometimes account issue may occur when you try to play Shop titans. Your game should not be lost though, it should be saved with your app store account details. If you have a problem access your game try the following solutions.

If you find yourself back at the character creation screen, try to press the "Already have an account?" option at the bottom of character creation. That will force Game Center / Google Play to attempt to re connect and get you logged back in on your account.

If you have moved on past that screen or if you get an error doing this saying account recovery is unavailable, then it means your original account was not connected to Game Center / Google Play. In this case though the game support should still be able to recover it for you.

Us the contact option found under settings to get in tough with the support service and let them know your original account's name, as well as any other identifying information you can remember (what level you were, what guild you were in, etc.) and they will work to recover the game state back to your device.
