It is a name for a colorful windmill toy. A stick with a spinning windmill top.

It’s a pinwheel that spins when you blow on it or when the wind blows on it.

A whirligig is an object that spins or whirls in the wind like in this game a star shape on a stick. It will have at least one part that spins or turns like stars duck wings etc.

I respectfully suggest, when you don't know what an object is in the game try Google and it may give you the answer quickly. I play on a PC and use my Android to search Google during the game!
