Around The World in 80 Days, United States level will not go to level IX after completing level XIII, just starts again at XIII. What do I do?

It sounds like you might have accidentally skipped a level. If any objects are not found in order according to the game it will not level up. I had made that mistake and had to start all over so that I could move forward in the game. Good luck!
