I'm playing at Level 48, and have lots of Cat scarves, dresses, etc.. clogging up board. I can't sell..

I'm playing at Level 48, and have lots of Cat scarves, dresses, etc.. clogging up board. I can't sell them back and I can't buy storage for them. The side game to use them hasn't popped up in months. Any advice on how to get rid of them? The game at this level is getting pretty tedious and frustrating.
