How long should I hold onto lower level items?

How long should I hold onto lower level items? I’m at level 95 and I still have a scarf, dolphins, oysters …should I sell them? I find they use some for the bingo event but never those

I would sell them. They’re probably taking up valuable space. And they’re no longer part of your orders.
