Don't worry too much about getting 3 stars on the more difficult levels, work out first how to save the Doge, then once you've done it, try again with a more efficient line to try to get the three stars for any level that you are struggling on.

What to spend bones on?

Bones can be used to purchase other skins that can be used in the game. The skins don't offer any special powers, just make you look different in the game.

Double Collect coins?

Usually you get the option to double the amount of coins you have collected in the game by watching an ad. Personally, I don't think this is worth it because there are enough ads in the game already, and there is nothing really good to spend your coins on at the moment except for skins that have no effect except for changing your appearance.

Use as small a line as possible

The idea to get 3 stars in a game is to use as short a line as possible to save the Doge, this can be quite challenging to do, and if you can't do it, sometimes you get the option to take your score to 3 stars in exchange for watching an ad.

You can see how many stars you will get by completing a level by the indicator at the top of the game screen, which goes down as your line gets longer.

Save the Doge Codes

While a lot of mobile game do have redeem codes. We cannot find any Save the Doge redeem codes or gift codes. Nor does there look like there is a place to input them if there were any.

Settings - No Code Entry Section

This makes us think that it is unlikely that there will be Save the Doge redeem codes released in the future. If any are though, it's likely the place to input them would be in the settings page for the game.
