You have to wait until episode 10 to unlock him

I’m waaaay past ep 10 and it’s still not unlocked

Same! On ep 10 and still no Charles :( Is there even a chance if you didn't get him on ep 2?? (Which would suck -- can't automate and it'll take forever to get him up to level 10/11 like the others
