Puzzle Lovers - Chapter 2 Walkthrough

Puzzle Lovers is an escape room puzzle game, part of the series of Adventure Escape Mysteries from Haiku Games, featuring a globe trotting reality show.

After completing your checklist and leaving on the plane in Chapter 1, you are now on your way to the next destination of the show, Mystère Island.

Chapter 2 Walkthrough

At the beginning of the chapter you need to talk to each of the other contestants and then select one of them to be your partner for this trip.

Tap each one for a quick dialogue and then tap on Xia to make the selection. You can pick anyone you like to continue.

Next you need to prepare to jump to the island. First view the image of the island on the TV screen.

Notice that there are some shapes that resemble numbers. Now tap on the glass case on the right, move the flowers and view the lock.

This requires 4 numbers and there are color clues.

Collect a Parachute from the case. Next move the heart cushions on the left to find and collect a Small Key

Use the key on the case on the table on the left. Collect from it a Handle.

Add the handle to the hatch in the floor and then tap it to open the hatch. You can then tap to jump out.

Parachute Puzzle

• The chute is covered with tangled cords.
• Rearrange the pints to change the layout of cords to untangle them,
• Red cords are tangled and white ones are correct.

Now you are down. Tap the parachute to collect the Parachute cord and move it.

Now you can see the full scene.

Tap on the rock on the path on the left to move it and collect a Wooden Ring. Then move the palm leaves that are below the coconut tree on the left. Collect a Branch.

Next use the branch on the tree to knock down the coconut. Then collect the Coconut Oil. Use this on the Machete on the bridge post to collect it.

Now that you have the Machete you can use it to clear away some bushes that are blocking the stone doorways on the left and right. Then also clear a small bush above the rope bridge.

Collect a Wooden Dowel from the small bush, and then also a Wooden Disk from the cleared door on the right.

View the door on the right and use the machete on it again to clear away some vines, then collect a second Wooden Dowel.

Now view the gold door on the left side.

Add to it the Wooden Disc and then also the Wooden ring and 2 Dowels.

Go through the door. Then use the Machete to collect the Vines.

Then view the door to the hut. You need a 4 digit code to open it.

Hut Code

The clue on the lock is "Couples Only".

View the bottom of the tree on the right to see a number of engraved hearts.

There are different styles of hearts and some are crossed out.

Opening the door destroys the hut.

After dragging the tree away collect the Planks from the ground.

Then move the debris on the left until you can collect the Computer and a Wooden Heart from under it. Then move more debris to find a large safe.

Tap the Satellite dish on the roof to clear away the branches and then add the cord to the Fishing Rod that falls down so that you can collect it.

Now back up to the broken bridge.

Add the vines to start to rebuild the bridge, and then add the planks to complete it.

Now use the fishing rod to collect another Wooden heart from the water fall.

View the door on the right again and you can add the 2 hearts to it.

Go through the opened door to the volcano.

Move a tripod on the lower left and collect a Shovel. Then you need to back up to the bridge area.

Tap the clothing on the bridge to collect a Silver Key.

Return to the volcano and use the key to open the large container box. Collect an Empty Thermos and some Dehydrated Soup.

Back out to the bridge again and use the thermos on the waterfall to fill it with Cold Water. Then return to the volcano and add the water and the dehydrated soup to the pot on the right.

Tap the thermos again to collect it and then use it on the soup to collect a Thermos of hot soup.

Go back to the bridge and add the soup to the bowl in front of the Boar. After eating it the boar will disappear.

Return to the broken cabin on the left and then you can use the shovel to dig the small rocks by the steps. You will uncover a blue box.

Open the box to collect a Thermal Scanner.

Large Safe

Return to the volcano and use the scanner on the pools, you will see 4 symbols. Remember these.

Back to the cabin and view the large safe that you discovered earlier.

Use the 4 symbols seen in the volcano.

Collect the Heat Resistant Gear.

Back to the bridge area and you now need to use the heat resistant gear so you can get past some poisonous plants on the right.

Then enter the volcano area again and use the same hear to collect the Solar Panel from the left.

Go back to the Cabin, after a swim there is dinner. And then a few more dialogue options to complete.

In the morning you can then place the computer on the desk and then add the Solar Panel as well.

It isn't working initially, so collect a Cloth napkin from the ground and use it to clean the panel.

Computer Puzzle

• View the computer now to see the puzzle.
• There is an 'electrical dot' on the lower left. You need to move it to the target on the tip right.
• Tap a triangle to move the Dot to it. Doing this will rotate the triangle
• Pay attention to the next move in the chain to make sure you don't hit a dead end as this will rest the puzzle to the start.

Solution:

Once down the computer is unlocked and you will see a message from the researchers. This can vary depending out your previous choices.

You then talk to Xia who then comes to rescue you from the volcano.

After that you are back on the plane and you now need to choose someone to vote off. Talk to each of the other contestants and then tap on Xia to make your choice.

You can choose anyone to leave. It may affect some of the following dialogues but not the outcome of the game.

Follow up with the rest of the conversations to complete chapter 2.
