Hello, I have been doing Pocket World 3D Puzzles for at least 3.5 years. I had to get a new phone in June 2021. The finished Puzzles didn't make the transition, so I have had to redo all the puzzles. My problem is that I got as far as China and it won't let me move on to do the remaining puzzles to catch up to where I should be. No matter what, I can't continue. I do the puzzles to build up points so I can unlock China and the puzzles beyond, but when I finish the puzzles it tells me I have failed and have to keep doing them over, now for the 5th or 6th time already. My question is, can you please unlock the puzzles so that I can continue and finish the rest of the puzzles? I hate to delete the entire game because I simply can't get any further no matter what I do. Please can you tell/explain what I need to do?
