How do I transfer my account from one phone to the other one?

The only way to backup your game data is with a Facebook account. Exit to the Yard (main menu screen) and then expand the menu on the left to find the settings. Switch to the account tab (head icon) and use the Sign in with Facebook option. This will save your data.

You should then be able sign in with facebook an a separate device and retrieve the save. If you have any problems then contact the game support for help.
