Can you create custom decks?

Is it possible to create a custom deck in Night of the Full Moon? In this game, you complete three chapters in order to finish a whole play through. At the start of the game, you will only start with the cards that are basic which are based on your character.

You cannot create custom decks at the start of the game, the cards that you obtain and power up will depend on the cards that you receive along in your journey. This means that every play through that you have will get different decks. The game play that you will have can vary each time. Also, your level will always reset back to 1 every time you start the game over.
