Where are worlds 4, 5 and 6?

Where are worlds 4, 5 and 6? I went straight from 3 to planet 7. Did I miss them or are they not there?

I believe they call any other area you go to (like inside caves) worlds. If you can update, they all have names, not "world 7"

They're not here yet. Not sure if we will see them in the future or they were just arbitrarily skipped.

Cave: Shipwreck Shallows
Calling it by something other then the name is confusing.
