While redeem codes are a feature of many mobile games these days, we've not yet seem an option to input codes to get free stuff in MK: Onslaught just yet.
So, if you are seeing web sites or videos proclaiming to have redeem codes for Mortal Kombat: Onslaught, then at the time of writing at least, they are not true, so don't waste your time with them.
Things do change over time though, so if may be the case that there are plans to add MK: Onslaught codes at some point in the future. Look out for news of codes and a code system in the official social channels related to the game, such as their Twitter @mkonslaught and Discord server.
No Codes, No Worries!
You may not have any MK: Onslaught codes, but there are still plenty of other ways to get free stuff in the game. For one there are the offline rewards which you can collect whenever you like for not even playing, plus there are also free daily log in rewards to collect too.
Play a little, and you'll also likely pick up a head of quest related rewards too.
