What do I have to put together to get the toothpaste & gown out of?

Starts off as nuts & bolts/handles/door then eventually becomes a cabinet. Toothpaste comes from there as well as other cleaning equipment

Is it a gown or are you referring to the cleaning rag that also comes out of the cabinet...?
