You may notice that there is a timer on the level 1 vase that comes from the drawer, if you leave it long enough, and get the energy symbol on it you can break the case and it will give you two things, level 1 shrapnel, which you can merge to create a mosaic, and a level 1 pouch which you can merge to create a locket.
