Tin Can is obtained from the blossoming bush.
To get the blossoming bush you need the yellow bush seeds and take that merge all the way through to level 7.
You can get the yellow bush seeds from Brown Chests and the Shop.

They did not say brown chest obtained from the shop. They said brown chests AND the shop were where to get seeds. To do mine I purchased 4 of the Bush seeds from the shop myself. Add your answer
