You get the locket by merging the pouch which comes from a broken level 1 vase. Simply leave the level 1 vase (which comes from the drawer) for long enough and it will be able to be broken. You'll need get level 1 shrapnel, and a pouch.

The shrapnel is used for mosaic, and the pouch for locket.
