Seeds for the blossoming bush are in the brown chest. Merge the seeds to get a level 2 seedling. The bush starts to drop objects for the stone can at level 5. Maximum is level 7. Apparently after you have the stone can there is no further use for the blossoming bushes so you can sell them.
