Piggy banks can be merged to level 3 by merging two level 1s to level 2 and then two level 2s to level 3.

So, yes, you can merge piggy banks to level 3 it seems!
You can also merge the contents that come out of the piggy bank.

Yes you can merge the piggy banks to level 2. I know it seems like a lot of work but it is so worth it! It gives out level 6 coins and lots of gems, my last one gave me over 1,500 coins and 65 gems. 1 0 REPORT
