How do you get the toolbox that the wrench and sponge and soap comes out of?

The sponge comes from the broom cabinet which is created by merging the bolts once you have level 5 sponges and those things drop. The wrench comes from the toolbox, once the toolbox is merged to level 4 the wrench drops. Toolbox comes from the brown chest and bolts come from the blue chest.
