How do I make the chair with the red seat cushion?

You get it from tree level 5. It gives you logs which you merge, and eventually logs merge into square wooden stool, then round wooden stool, then red cushion stool 😃

My logs won’t merge beyond 4

When logs reach level 4 they can spawn a wooden stool and then the logs revert to level 3. Get the logs to level 4 again and you can spawn another stool which can then be merged. Keep repeating this until you get the furniture you need.
