Car Hood Ornament?

You get the Car Hood Ornament by first of all playing the Lindsay Hopper New York story Event. Play the event to get special items such as makeup which you need to merge, from level 4 you should start to get car hood ornaments.

On obtaining the the hood ornament, you should be able to complete the task, which is to put a hood ornament onto the car in the garage.
