I believe it’s called the jail event. I have a Recycle Room . I put a criminal in there and got soap, toothpaste etc. Then the “room went dry” and it’s now an Empty Recycle Room. What do I do with it? CN I use it again? How do I get. New criminal in there? I have a new criminal, but logistics won’t let me move the person into the room at this status. Thanks!
