You get toothpaste from the cabinet. You can make the cabinet through the blue chest that you get when completing level 5. Then the cabinet will also give you towels! You can merge the toothpaste to get the soap. so you will have to get 2 toothpaste from the cabinet in order to get the soap. I hope this has answered your question.
