How do I get the tin can for the front statue?

You have to be at least level 13. But it takes a lot of time you get them from the planted bush which is the one that looks like a plant in a brown pot as far as I know if from what I've looked up. You can start to see the planted bush in level 3. For the planted bush you need the seeds that are green with the red dots.
